I bought a 500g bag from Woolworths only to find that they had a roasting date of 5 months ago (with a best before of 12 months). The grind is hard to get right and the crema is thin and watery - can’t get anywhere near their specified extraction time before it’s practically just water coming out. My disappointment is probably due to the age of the beans but I’m not going to risk buying again to see if that’s the problem unless I find a smaller bag with a fresh date on it.

We have been purchasing this for almost 2 years and its our daily treat.
We have it as double shot in either a small tulip flat white or as long black. Made on our expresso machine. Both our sons love it as well.
