Shipping policy
NORMAL DESPATCH TIMES
Orders placed by 8am NZDT will be processed and despatched by the next business day. Orders placed after 8am NZDT will be processed and despatched within 2 business days.
We use NZ Post to ship all our online orders using their overnight service for North Island and South Island orders. Rural orders may take longer to be delivered.

PROMOTIONS & SALE PERIODS
During Promotions and Peak Periods there may be a delay of up to 2 business days.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer free shipping around Aotearoa New Zealand for urban orders $35 and over and free shipping for rural orders $50 and over.
A delivery charge of $4.50 applies for urban orders under $35. For rural orders under $50 a delivery charge of $5.50 applies.
INTERNATIONAL RATES
We currently offer international shipping from our online shop to the following countries:

- Hong Kong
- Indonesia
- Singapore
- Thailand
- Malaysia
- Canada
- UK
- Ireland
We send international orders via NZ Post international express. Shipping rates are displayed at checkout and based on total order weight.
SHIPPING TO THE U.S
Due to new U.S. customs requirements, NZ Post has temporarily suspended all shipping services to the United States. We will notify you as soon as these services resume.
