About The Hangar
The Hangar got its start housing the roasting and wholesale operations of Flight Coffee way back in 2012. As is the Flight way, setting up shop in a car park was step one. Some warm macrocarpa went in to line the walls, an espresso bar down the one side, a roaster down the back, and the Wellington-based flagship was born. The Hangar became a place to share how we roast with people who were drinking our coffee, somewhere we could geek out.
EVENTS
We also run a range of community events at the Hangar. These include coffee cuppings open to the public where you can taste our upcoming single origin and seasonal releases.
Our skilled baristas also run regular classes for beginners on how to pour latte art.
