Ethiopia - Tadese Teko - Washed

This single producer lot comes from Mr Tadese Teko who lives in the village of Shale located near Worka in Yirgacheffe. Mr Tadese Teko owns 8 hectares of land which is considerably larger than other smallholders in the region. He has 9 children who all attend the local school. He usually produces washed coffees and supplies these to the local washing stations.

This lot has been roasted for espresso and has floral and citrus notes in the cup.
