Bomber. The original. The one and only. If you've visited one of our customers across NZ, you'll most likely have tasted our firstborn. It all started back in 2009, when we sat around a campfire and talked about what we'd love to see in our dream blend, out there representing us in the cafes and on the streets. Big sweetness, sparkling acidity, and creamy texture were all agreed upon. And of course, a blend that black and white coffee drinkers could happily and equally appreciate.

B2 – Milk Blend
This blend is specifically roasted for those who love and enjoy strong coffee with milk. B2 uses the same origins and blend ratios as the original Bomber blend, but has been roasted longer in the development phase to lower acidity and to intensify sweetness and sugar browning flavour notes. B2 is designed primarily for espresso, but you can also enjoy it as a darker plunger.

Designed for espresso, and for all the deep, bold, and strong coffee lovers out there.
It's a bit different than our other blends. It's our rustic blend, yet it's finessed; punchy and delicious. It‘s like the stout of our coffee blends. We’ve crafted this blend to give that kick that so many love while retaining Flight Coffee's quality and social impact at origin due to our stable pricing buying system.

Memphis - Strong Blend
Memphis. The strongest one of the lot. Designed and roasted to have a huge presence in the cup, a big round body, and loads of chocolate notes. With this blend, we wanted something that could hold its own in larger cups but also stand proud as a smaller beverage too. Named after our very first cafe, Memphis Belle. A cafe known for leaving an impression on the NZ cafe scene for always providing a big, vibrant, loud, and engaging experience. Just like the cafe, our Memphis Blend is sure to do just that.
I do like knowing that the coffee beans will just turn up fresh fortnightly. But the system is slightly dysfunctional. Not easy to pause subscription if going away etc. This time I have recieved a different product to my subscription. Not sure what happened here, I should be able to get it sorted though.
