Bomber. The original. The one and only. If you've visited one of our customers across NZ, you'll most likely have tasted our firstborn. It all started back in 2009, when we sat around a campfire and talked about what we'd love to see in our dream blend, out there representing us in the cafes and on the streets. Big sweetness, sparkling acidity, and creamy texture were all agreed upon. And of course, a blend that black and white coffee drinkers could happily and equally appreciate.

It's a bit different than our other blends. It's our rustic blend, yet it's finessed; punchy and delicious. It‘s like the stout of our coffee blends. We’ve crafted this blend to give that kick that so many love while retaining Flight Coffee's quality and social impact at origin due to our stable pricing buying system.

Memphis - Strong Blend

Memphis. The strongest one of the lot. Designed and roasted to have a huge presence in the cup, a big round body, and loads of chocolate notes. With this blend, we wanted something that could hold its own in larger cups but also stand proud as a smaller beverage too. Named after our very first cafe, Memphis Belle. A cafe known for leaving an impression on the NZ cafe scene for always providing a big, vibrant, loud, and engaging experience. Just like the cafe, our Memphis Blend is sure to do just that.

Office Coffee Review

These were purchased for our office and tried by 8 staff members a mixture of all 3 coffee pods. General consensus was the flavor was good. Yellow/Gold was too weak red was the last flavor to be finished so I think the blue was most popular. Glad we tried these but probably not an office go to coffee because of the range of tastes to try to suit everyone.

Best coffee ever

I just love having the pods available now so quick and easy to get a flight coffee whenever I want especially when it’s to cold and wet to leave the house. Plus a perfect fit for my existing Nespresso machine.

So delicious, So convenient

So convenient having our favourite coffee in pod form, and a great gift for friends with pod machines (also handy to replace their not-as-good coffee when staying over). Well worth it!

The best coffee pods

Barista quality, even better than the coffee beans sold here. Thunderbolt is the favourite, Memphis is great too and bomber is very good.
