FESTIVE PERIOD & BOXING DAY SALE UPDATE
From Monday 22nd December to Monday 5th January please anticipate extended delays in both order processing and the shipping of your order by NZ Post.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched from our Flight Roastery you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes live tracking from NZ Post so you can easily keep an eye on the status of your order.
NORMAL DESPATCH TIMES
Orders placed by 8am NZDT are processed and despatched within 1 business day.
Orders placed after 8am NZDT are processed and despatched within 2 business days.
We use NZ Post to ship all our online orders for North and South Island orders. Rural orders may take longer to get delivered.

PROMOTIONS & SALE PERIODS
During Promotions and Peak Periods there may be a delay of up to 2 business days on normal despatch times.
NORMAL SHIPPING TIMES
We offer free shipping around Aotearoa for urban orders $35 and over and free shipping for rural orders $50 and over.
A delivery charge of $4.50 applies for urban orders under $35. For rural orders under $50 a delivery charge of $5.50 applies.

SHIPPING TO THE U.S
Due to new U.S. customs requirements, we have temporarily suspended all shipping services to the United States while NZ Post implements the necessary changes, and we will notify you as soon as these services resume.
