WELLINGTON ANNIVERSARY DAY 

Due to the Public Holiday on Monday January 20 orders placed on the weekend will ship from Tuesday January 21.

NORMAL DESPATCH TIMES

Orders placed by 8am NZDT will be processed and despatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 8am NZDT are processed and despatched the next business day.

We use NZ Post to ship all our online orders using their overnight service for North and South Island orders. Rural orders may take longer to get delivered.

If you not received your order within 7 days please contact us at hello@flightcoffee.co.nz with your order number so we can resolve ASAP.

Please note all orders are sent with an authority to leave.

NORMAL SHIPPING TIMES

We offer free shipping around Aotearoa for urban orders $35 and over and free shipping for rural orders $50 and over.
A delivery charge of $4.50 applies for urban orders under $35. For rural orders under $50 a delivery charge of $5.50 applies.

INTERNATIONAL QUERIES

We will be launching our International service to selected countries in early 2025.
