DESPATCH TIMES

Orders placed by 8am NZDT will be processed and despatched the same business day. Orders placed after 8am NZDT are processed and despatched the next business day.

We use NZ Post to ship all our online orders using their overnight service for North and South Island orders. Rural orders may take longer to get delivered.

SHIPPING TIMES

We offer free shipping around Aotearoa for urban orders $35 and over and free shipping for rural orders $50 and over.

A delivery charge of $4.50 applies for urban orders under $35. For rural orders under $50 a delivery charge of $5.50 applies.

INTERNATIONAL QUERIES

We don't currently offer international shipping from our online shop, however, this service is planned to be offered later in 2024.
