A bit slack

We have been subscription members for over a year now and during that time our standing order has been late three times. The latest was,according to yourselves, due to increased demand because of your sale. This resulted in our order being almost three weeks late. Not impressed as we had to purchase other brands twice. Offering a discount coupon doesn’t help because these do not apply to subscription orders.
