WEATHER EVENTS AFFECTING ORDER TIMES

Our Roastery in Wellington has reopened and we have resumed roasting and packing orders.

However, NZ Post and Courier services have advised to expect delays with all shipments. The South Island is particularly affected with ferries still cancelled and bulk freight not arriving before Tuesday.

We appreciate your patience and understanding.

NORMAL DESPATCH TIMES

Orders placed by 8am NZDT are processed and despatched within 1 business days.
Orders placed after 8am NZDT are processed and despatched within 2 business days.

We use NZ Post to ship all our online orders using their overnight service for North and South Island orders. Rural orders may take longer to get delivered.

If you not received your order within 7 days please contact us at hello@flightcoffee.co.nz with your order number so we can resolve ASAP.

Please note all orders are sent with an authority to leave.

NORMAL SHIPPING TIMES

We offer free shipping around Aotearoa for urban orders $35 and over and free shipping for rural orders $50 and over.
A delivery charge of $4.50 applies for urban orders under $35. For rural orders under $50 a delivery charge of $5.50 applies.

INTERNATIONAL QUERIES

We currently ship to Australia and the U.S with more countries going live soon.
