BOMBER BLEND - Smooth, juicy, and sweet

Bomber. The original. The one and only. If you've visited one of our customers (and we hope you have), you'll most likely have tasted the treat that is our 'Bomb Bombs'. It all started back in 2009, when we sat around a campfire (coffee table) and talked about what we'd love to see in our dream blend, out there representing us in the cafes and on the streets. Big sweetness, sparkling acidity, and creamy mouthful were all agreed upon. And of course, a blend that black and white coffee drinkers could happily and equally appreciate. Bombs away.

Featuring components of Rwanda, Colombia, and Brazil.

B2 BLEND - Punchy, bold, and sweet

This one was a labour of love, and boy do we love it. We spent a few months experimenting with different ratios, blends, and varieties. And then one day, some bright spark suggested we just roast Bomber a bit darker. Said bright spark was promoted, and B2 was born.

B2 is designed and roasted for those who love strong coffee with milk. It uses the same origins and blend ratios as Bomber - Rwanda, Colombia, and Brazil - but it's been roasted longer and darker in development. We beefed things up with sugar browning (it's still vege friendly, we promise) so think golden syrup notes and lower acidity to help intensify the sweetness and body. We highly recommend it for espresso, and if you're after notes of tasty dark chocolate, and lots of them, go with the French Press.
