So far we have just two categories under constant update and addition, a Glossary for quick understanding of the many terms you may have heard and wondered about in your coffee life, and a PDF's page where you can download complete documents.

Further to expanding these collections, in July 2012 we will be adding the crown jewel of our learning centre - an engaging video series where you can join us on a learning journey all the way from farms in South America through to the cup at Memphis Belle Coffee House. It will feature some "how to" episodes with our award winning baristas and roaster, documentaries, and a few art pieces as well.
