Bomber is a beautifully rich, full bodied and well balanced coffee developed to be prepared as espresso in cafes using Flight Coffee. 

With herbaceous notes and a gentle acidity to start, the move into the body of this coffee presents a wonderfully almost tart orange cocoa with a slightly nutty chocolate after taste.  

We’ve designed this blend to achieve brilliance as a milky coffee, with great cut through and a wonderful length, though it also holds it’s own straight black as shown by it’s strut being highly appreciated in the NZCA, a blind tasting competition. The varietals that make up this blend are also available so you can see what each of them is bringing to this party of kings.
